Rona Jacobs has been showing and coaching for over 30yrs with great success for her amateur and youth riders. Stephanie Moore joined her in 2003 adding youth and talent to the Georgetown Equestrian Center team. Every year their students win numerous year-end awards in the Palmetto Paint horse Club and Horseman’s Association of Columbus County.

Rona has traveled to the American Paint Horse Association World Show several times. Each time her students have placed in the top 10. She is especially proud of Carson Hunter Young and Billy Dowanza a home bred gelding that is reserve world champion in youth hunter hack.

Not only do their clients place well, but also their youth have a wonderful reputation for sportsmanship and manners. The group traveling from the Georgetown Equestrian Center considers itself a team. Not only do they show together, but also they play together and do a lot of cooking and eating!
